Imagine your seven-year-old self meeting you today. What would she say?

  • “Wait… you’re a grown-up? Do you at least have a secret lair?”
  • “Where’s our sparkly rock star outfit?”
  • “Why do you look so stressed? Do we still have fun?”
  • “You mean to tell me we can eat whatever we want… and go to bed whenever we want!”

You know what she wouldn’t say?

  • “You can’t do that.”
  • “You’re too old.”
  • “You’re too out of shape.”
  • “You don’t have the money.”
  • “That’s too scary.”
  • “Who do you think you are?”

Absolutely not. That wild, fearless, unstoppable part of you is still there.

So when did we stop believing? When did we start trading dreams for to-do lists?

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, How did I get here? When did I go from the unstoppable brave girl to just getting through the day?—I see you. I’ve been there.

Let's give ourselves permission to dream big.

Let's wake up our inner 7-year-old selves.

Let's become unstoppable. Together.

I'm In-Tell Me More!

Who Am I?

I’m Lauren. Former musical theatre kid turned ER nurse, entrepreneur, coach, and expert in making change feel good.

In addition to my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University. I spent 15 years as the founder of Hoochie Poochie Club in Manhattan before stepping into the world of personal transformation. Now, I use small habits, mindset shifts, powerful visualization, and introspective journaling tools to help people stop waiting for someday and start creating lives they actually love.

I’m happily married to my husband, Rob, and together, we’re raising two fierce and fabulous daughters in Westchester County, NY—alongside our dog, Minnie, who is objectively the dopiest mutt on the planet.

Things I love: Horses. Yoga. Singing. Cooking. Reading. Napping. And Grey’s Anatomy—yes, even though it’s wildly unrealistic. (But let’s be real, that show actually ended in Season 10 when Christina left.)
