Nice to meet you!
Lauren Chapnick is an ER nurse who is passionate about mentoring and coaching new nurses and nursing students by empowering them to live their happiest and most authentic lives. Backed by neuroscience and research, Lauren offers a unique perspective and approach to her clients, utilizing small habits to create big results, mindset strategies and hacks, powerful visualization techniques, self-care routines, and proprietary introspective journaling tools.
Nursing is a second career for Lauren. In addition to her bachelor of science in nursing, she also holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in musical theatre from Syracuse University. She is an entrepeneur by nature, and was the founder and owner of Hoochie Poochie Club in Manhattan, which she ran from 2009-2024.
Lauren is happily married to her husband Rob, and is a mother of two girls. She currently lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband, daughters, and dopiest mutt dog on the planet, Minnie.
In her spare time, Lauren loves to ride horses, practice yoga, sing, dance, read, cook, and nap. Lastly, she will always love Grey's Anatomy, no matter how unrealistic it may be. Though, let's be honest, the show actually ended in season 10 when Christina left.
